During the event, we explored the prospects for commercial real estate in Italy and across Europe in 2025 and the results of the Italian Investor Intentions Survey: a new year full of optimism and positivity, despite geopolitical uncertainty and climate change.
Our experts delved into the dynamics of Operational Real Estate, a rapidly evolving sector that offers profitable revenue opportunities closely tied to operational performance. 70% of investors say they are interested in the OPRE sector, especially for Purpose-Built Student Accommodation, Data Centres and Healthcare.
We also discussed sustainability trends and, in particular, how the new rules on transparency of ESG risks are now required by investors themselves, not only by the regulatory framework, also revealing opportunities that can optimise the performance of assets and investments throughout Europe.
