CBRE’s Italian Investor Intentions Survey 2025 shows a clear improvement in investor sentiment compared to last year: three-quarters of investors agree that the recovery in investment activity is already underway or set to fully recover by the end of 2025.
Investors continue to keep an eye on inflation and interest rates, but in 2025 their concerns focus mainly on geopolitical uncertainty and the slowdown in economic growth.
The survey also highlighted that most investors expect to see some repricing again, but the number of those expecting offers above asking values has grown significantly compared to last year. In fact, a large portion of investors expect to expand their asset allocation towards commercial real estate in 2025, thanks to the excellent entry points offered.
