We work closely with you from planning and design through project execution to achieve your objectives with each phase, and from each vendor partner. There are variations, but our core Principal Delivery models are:
In this model, we are engaged to manage the process and contract with the supply chain for the work, using Terms and Conditions agreed with you.
In this model, we contract with you to perform the works and with the supply chain to complete them. We take full health and safety responsibility, and risk. Other options are available too, including design and build, where we would carry both the design and construction liability.
