After an initial overview of the Global and European Real Estate Markets by CBRE experts, the event focused on the effective implementation of ESG criteria, with a first session dedicated to Social Sustainability.
We explored possible solutions to support the sustainable transformation of Italian real estate assets with some esteemed guests: Davide Albertini Petroni, Chairman of Assoimmobiliare; Giovanni Lazzeri, Country Officer Italy - Head of Structured Finance of GNE Finance SL and EU City Facility Advisory; Giulia Macagno, Head of the City Climate Finance Gap Fund Technical Secretariat of European Investment Bank; and Massimiliano Pulice, Chair Advisory Board Italy of RICS.
The event closed with a speech from our special guest, Massimo Gramellini, television host, journalist, writer and deputy editor at Corriere della Sera.
