Background and current role at CBRE
Raffaella joined CBRE in 2007. Since 2011, she has been involved in the valuation of single assets, pan European hotel portfolios and development sites across Italy on behalf of owners, lenders and developers.
Prior to joining CBRE, Raffaella worked at Larry Smith undertaking marketing research, in Italy and abroad, feasibility studies and consultancy on the development of shopping centres, large scale retail chains and mixed use schemes including retail and leisure.
Raffaella is a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer, graduated in 1999 at Università Statale di Milano and attended two courses on marketing research and valuation at Bocconi University in Milan. She habitually lectures at Politecnico di Milano (Corso di Laurea Magistrale “Financial Management of Real Estate Transactions” of the Corso di Laurea di Ingegneria di Gestione del Costruito and
Master “Real Estate Management”) and Hochschule Luzern (“Master of Science in Real Estate”).
Raffaella speaks English, German, French and Italian.
