Professional Experience
Rajeev engages closely with in-country consulting teams and is responsible for enhancing CBRE’s advisory capabilities in the region with a focus on coworking spaces and retail analytics.
Prior to this position, Rajeev developed portfolio optimization strategies to deliver customized real estate and workplace solutions to large corporate occupiers across Asia Pacific. In his consulting career at CBRE, Rajeev worked with a variety of multinational corporate clients, undertaking assignments in strategic planning, performance improvement strategies, labor analytics and site selection analyses.
He was the Portfolio Strategist for HPE where he led the development and implementation of real estate strategies across Asia Pacific for a portfolio of 8 million square feet. In this role, he was responsible for designing metroplans, optimizing portfolio and developing business cases for right-shoring. He also led the real estate legal separation workstream for the split of HP into HPE and HPI.
Rajeev has over seven years of real estate experience with CBRE having started his career as a Financial Analyst with the Asia Occupier Consulting team. His expertise lies in analyzing the long term financial and accounting impact of real estate decisions and he has advised clients across industries in this capacity.
