The selected operator is AMAPA and the Apulian Resort will be rebranded as part of the MGallery Hotel Collection
CBRE Hotels Italy have advised the Ownership of Baia delle Zagare on the operator selection for the Apulian Resort. AMAPA, a prime Italian operating company, has signed a lease agreement to manage the Hotel, that will form part of the MGallery Hotel Collection within the Accor group.
Baia delle Zagare Resort is one of the few sea front, cliff-side resorts in Apulia, directly located on a breath-taking panorama, overlooking the “Faraglioni”. Situated on a 10.5 ha plot, the Resort spans multiple buildings, offering a unique outdoor pool, terraces overlooking the Adriatic Sea and two private beaches with F&B facilities reachable through dedicated panoramic elevators. Following the renovation works, the resort will offer 119 rooms as well as further luxurious facilities such as: three restaurants, five bars, a hair-salon, a boutique, and a variety of fitness facilities. The resort will be rebranded as a MGallery Hotel Collection and positioned in the upper-upscale segment.
The closing of this exciting deal is a positive signal for the Hotel sector during these challenging times. Both Accor and the Operator are fully committed to a grand opening for the 2021 summer season.
